Qualifications

• Fashion school students, fresh graduates, or internship candidates from Fashion Design, Fashion Styling, Fashion Merchandising, or related fields are welcome to apply.
• Strong interest in fashion, styling, and visual merchandising.
• Comfortable collaborating with different teams and presenting ideas.

Responsibilities

• Assist in executing visual merchandising guidelines and display concepts across retail stores to ensure brand consistency.
• Support product arrangement, mannequin styling, outfit coordination, and window display setups.
• Assist in implementing seasonal campaigns, promotional displays, and new product launches.
• Take photos and document store displays and project progress for reporting.

Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Visual Merchandising Intern to support our Visual Merchandising team in creating attractive and consistent in-store displays across our retail brands. This role offers hands-on experience in fashion styling, product presentation, store display execution, and visual merchandising projects. The ideal candidate has a strong interest in fashion, a good eye for aesthetics, and a proactive attitude toward learning and working in a dynamic retail environment.

What You’ll Do:

Visual Merchandising & Store Display

• Assist in executing visual merchandising guidelines and display concepts across retail stores to ensure consistency with brand identity.
• Support product arrangement, mannequin styling, outfit coordination, and window display setups to enhance the in-store shopping experience.
• Assist in implementing seasonal campaigns, promotional displays, new product launches, and other in-store visual initiatives.
• Conduct store visits to monitor visual merchandising standards, product presentation, and display execution.
• Help identify opportunities to improve store displays based on visual guidelines and current fashion trends.

Project Execution & Coordination

• Support store openings, store renovations, and other visual merchandising projects across different locations.
• Coordinate with the Visual Merchandising team and store operations teams to ensure timely and accurate execution of display plans.
• Assist in preparing visual references, mood boards, presentation materials, and other supporting documents for visual merchandising projects.
• Take photos and document store displays and project progress for reporting and evaluation.
• Support other visual merchandising activities and administrative tasks as needed.

What We’re Looking For:

• Fashion school students, fresh graduates, or internship candidates from Fashion Design, Fashion Styling, Fashion Merchandising, or related fields are welcome to apply.
• Have a strong interest in fashion, styling, and visual merchandising.
• Have a good sense of aesthetics, color coordination, product styling, and visual presentation.
• Creative, proactive, hands-on, organized, and eager to learn.
• Confident in communicating ideas, open to feedback, and comfortable collaborating with different teams.
• Willing to travel between stores, support store openings, and participate in on-site projects across different locations.
• Familiarity with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Canva, or other design tools is a plus.
• Able to manage multiple tasks, adapt to changing priorities, and work effectively in a dynamic retail environment.
• Having a portfolio or previous project experience related to fashion styling, window displays, store layouts, or visual merchandising is a plus.
• Willing to work onsite at our Head Office in Cengkareng, Tangerang, and travel to retail stores as required.
