Job summary

Everbest Group is seeking a passionate Retail Fashion Coach to elevate styling, product knowledge, and customer engagement across frontline retail teams. You will empower store associates through impactful coaching and training, bringing our brand DNA to life while enhancing the in-store customer experience and driving sales performance.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Fashion or related field, English proficiency, and 2–3 years in retail training or fashion education.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Fashion, Retail Management, Business, Training & Development, or related field.
• Professional training or coaching certification is an advantage.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English are required.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Retail Training, Fashion Styling, Fashion Education, Retail Operations, or Learning & Development, preferably within the fashion or lifestyle retail industry.
• Delivering training and coaching programs for frontline retail teams.
• Fashion styling, product knowledge, brand storytelling, and customer engagement.
• Facilitating classroom, in-store, and on-the-job coaching sessions across multiple store locations.
• Developing training materials such as styling guides, lookbooks, product manuals, and presentation decks.
• Monitoring training effectiveness, analyzing capability gaps, and providing recommendations for continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging training sessions on fashion trends, styling principles, product knowledge, and brand storytelling tailored to each brand's identity.
• Coach retail teams on personalized styling, outfit-building, and customer engagement techniques to enhance the shopping experience and drive sales conversion.
• Support onboarding of new retail employees through foundational training on brand, products, styling, and customer service standards.
• Translate seasonal collections, product launches, and fashion trends into practical styling guidance for the sales floor.
• Champion brand standards by coaching teams on grooming, uniform presentation, visual appearance, and store expression.
• Create and maintain training materials including styling guides, lookbooks, product manuals, and training presentations.

Role Overview

We are looking for a passionate and fashion-forward Retail Fashion Coach to elevate the styling, product knowledge, and customer engagement capabilities of our frontline retail teams. In this role, you will empower store associates through impactful coaching and training, bringing our brand DNA to life while enhancing the in-store customer experience and driving sales operation performance.

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver engaging training sessions on fashion trends, styling principles, product knowledge, and brand storytelling tailored to each brand's identity.
• Coach retail teams on personalized styling, outfit-building, and customer engagement techniques to enhance the shopping experience and drive sales conversion.
• Support the onboarding of new retail employees through foundational training on brand, products, styling, and customer service standards.
• Translate seasonal collections, product launches, and fashion trends into practical styling guidance that can be confidently applied on the sales floor.
• Champion brand standards by coaching teams on grooming, uniform presentation, visual appearance, and in-store brand expression.
• Create and maintain training materials including styling guides, lookbooks, product manuals, and training presentations aligned with seasonal campaigns.
• Collaborate closely with Merchandising, Marketing, Visual Merchandising, Retail Operations, and Learning & Development teams to ensure training content remains relevant and up to date.
• Conduct regular store visits to observe coaching effectiveness, identify capability gaps, and provide actionable feedback to retail teams and management.
• Track training outcomes, monitor retail performance, and recommend continuous improvement initiatives based on customer insights and market trends.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning, styling excellence, and customer-centric selling across all retail stores.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Fashion, Retail Management, Business, Training & Development, or a related field.
