Job summary

Everbest Group is seeking a Learning &Development professional to lead sales training initiatives across its retail network in Tangerang. You will design and implement training programs, coach frontline teams, and collaborate withSales leaders to close capability gaps.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in Learning & Development or Sales Training, with strong analytical, facilitation, and presentation skills, and fluency in English considered an advantage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Administration, HR, or Psychology.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Learning & Development, Sales Training, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of Training Needs Analysis, instructional design, learning methodologies, and training evaluation.
• Proven ability to design and deliver training programs for sales or frontline teams.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales training strategies aligned with business objectives and targets.
• Conduct Training Needs Analysis to identify capability gaps.
• Design, deliver, and improve training programs, modules, and coaching initiatives for sales teams.
• Develop training materials, SOPs, competency frameworks, and other learning resources.
• Lead onboarding and talent development programs for sales and frontline teams.
