Job summary

SPIE Global Services Energy is looking for an experienced training specialist to develop and deliver technical training in Indonesia. You will prepare syllabi, assessments and deliver sessions in a classroom setting with roughly 25 participants.

The role requires strong instructional design, presentation skills and the ability to meet training objectives. Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's in Mechanical or Power Engineering, fluent Bahasa Indonesia and English, and have extensive experience in

• Valid Indonesia ID (KTP)
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English
• ToT completion from an accredited course recognized by Kemenaker or ESDM is an advantage
• Minimum 2 years technical training experience
• Ability to develop and assess competency
• Experience developing training materials and classroom delivery
• Experience delivering classroom and practical training with strong troubleshooting

Job description

1. Prepare training material as per scope required including training syllabus and assessment

2. Deliver training in-class room method ( with 25 participants approx. )

3. Make sure training delivery can meet the training objective

Profile

1. Have valid Indonesia ID ( KTP )

2. Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English

3. Training of Trainers (ToT): Having Completion of an accredited ToT course recognized by the Indonesian Ministry of Manpower (Kemenaker) or ESDM is an advantage.

4. Minimum 2 years technical training experience.

5. Ability to develop and assess competency.

6. Strong presentation and instructional design skills, experience developing training materials.

7. Experience delivering classroom and practical training, strong troubleshooting capability.
