Job summary

SPIE Global Services Energy in Balikpapan invites an experienced HSEQ professional to lead audits, inspections, and assurance programs across our oil and gas projects. You will review risk assessments and HSEQ documentation while monitoring performance indicators and driving corrective actions.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related disciplines, 5+ years of HSEQ experience in oil and gas, fluent English, and a valid Indonesian ID.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related disciplines.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in HSEQ, Quality, Risk Management, Compliance Monitoring, Audit, or Assurance functions in the Oil & Gas industry.
• Experience conducting inspections, audits, field assessments, and compliance verification.
• Good understanding of HSEQ regulations, industry standards, and risk management processes.
• Proficient in technical report preparation and data analysis.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Having Valid KTP ( Indonesia ID )
