Job summary

SPIE Global Services Energy is seeking a Trainer Electrical Power Distribution in Jakarta to prepare training materials, design the syllabus, and deliver engaging in-class and hands-on sessions for groups around 25 participants. The role requires a strong background in electrical power systems and training delivery.

The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (Power Systems preferred), have fluency in Indonesian and English, and possess at least 2 years of

• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
• Training of Trainers (ToT): Completion of an accredited ToT course recognized by the Indonesian Ministry of Manpower (Kemenaker) or ESDM is an advantage.
• Minimum 2 years technical training experience.
• Ability to develop and assess competency.
• Strong presentation and instructional design skills, experience developing training materials.
• Experience delivering classroom and practical training, strong troubleshooting capability.
