SPIE Global Services Energy is looking for an experienced training specialist to develop and deliver technical training in Indonesia. You will prepare syllabi, assessments and deliver sessions in a classroom setting with roughly 25 participants.

Qualifikationen

• Valid Indonesia ID (KTP)
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English
• ToT completion from an accredited course recognized by Kemenaker or ESDM is an advantage
• Minimum 2 years technical training experience
• Ability to develop and assess competency
• Experience developing training materials and classroom delivery
• Experience delivering classroom and practical training with strong troubleshooting

• Prepare training material as per scope including training syllabus and assessment
• Deliver training in-classroom with about 25 participants
• Ensure training delivery meets the training objectives
