Job summary

SPIE Global Services Energy is seeking a Trainer N2 to prepare comprehensive training materials and deliver in-classroom sessions for groups of about 25 participants. The role is a fixed-term, full-time position based in Jakarta, Indonesia, with a focus on system training and competency development.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of 2 years of technical training experience, strong presentation and instructional design skills, and fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

Profile

• 1. Have valid Indonesia ID ( KTP )
• 2. Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English
• 3. Training of Trainers (ToT): Having Completion of an accredited ToT course recognized by the Indonesian Ministry of Manpower (Kemenaker) or ESDM is an advantage.
• 4. Minimum 2 years technical training experience.
• 5. Ability to develop and assess competency.
• 6. Strong presentation and instructional design skills, experience developing training materials.
• 7. Experience delivering classroom and practical training, strong troubleshooting capability.
