Job summary

SPIE Turbomachinery in Balikpapan, Indonesia, is seeking a HSEQ-focused professional for a fixed-term, full-time 1-year assignment. You will support HSEQ assurance programs, conduct inspections, and maintain performance data.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field, 3+ years of HSEQ experience, and fluent English. Proficiency with MS Office and risk-based audits is expected. ISO knowledge and incident investigation support are also part of the duties.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of HSEQ, Quality, Inspection, Audit, Operations or Assurance experience.
• Basic understanding of HSEQ management systems, audits, and risk assessment methodologies.
• Good analytical, reporting, and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Having Valid KTP (Indonesia ID)
