SPIE Global Services Energy in Jakarta is seeking a Trainer General System for CCPP (Combined Cycle Power Plant) for a 3-month fixed-term contract. You will prepare training material and deliver classroom sessions for about 25 participants, ensuring objectives are met.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's in Mechanical/Electrical/Power Engineering, with 8+ years in CCPP operations or maintenance, and possess strong presentation and instructional design skills, plus English fluency.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Power Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 8 years in CCPP operations, maintenance, or commissioning.
• Senior CCPP Operations or Maintenance Engineer / Technical Trainer.
• CCPP training, Plant Operations (Turbine and Boiler) Certification, DCS OEM training, HSE Certification.
• Fluent in English; Bahasa Indonesia desired.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare training material as per scope required including training syllabus and assessment.
• Deliver training in-classroom method (with ~25 participants).

Profile

1. Have valid Indonesia ID ( KTP )
2. Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English
3. Training of Trainers (ToT): Having Completion of an accredited ToT course recognized by the Indonesian Ministry of Manpower (Kemenaker) or ESDM is an advantage.
4. Minimum 2 years technical training experience.
5. Ability to develop and assess competency.
6. Strong presentation and instructional design skills, experience developing training materials.
7. Experience delivering classroom and practical training, strong troubleshooting capability.
