Job summary

SPIE Global Services Energy in Jakarta seeks a Technical Trainer to develop training materials and deliver in-person sessions. You will create syllabi, assessments and ensure content meets objectives for a 25-participant class.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor's in a related field, at least 6 years of industrial water treatment experience, and strong presentation and instructional design skills. Proficiency in English is required; Indonesian ID is a must.

Qualifications

• Valid Indonesia ID (KTP) is required.
• Minimum 2 years technical training experience.
• Ability to develop and assess competency.
• Strong presentation and instructional design skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare training material as per scope including syllabus and assessment.
• Deliver training in-classroom method with approximately 25 participants.
• Ensure training delivery meets the training objectives.

Profile

• Have valid Indonesia ID ( KTP )
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English
• Training of Trainers (ToT): Having Completion of an accredited ToT course recognized by the Indonesian Ministry of Manpower (Kemenaker) or ESDM is an advantage.
• Minimum 2 years technical training experience.
• Ability to develop and assess competency.
• Strong presentation and instructional design skills, experience developing training materials.
• Experience delivering classroom and practical training, strong troubleshooting capability.
