Job summary

SPIE Global Services Energy in Jakarta is seeking a Technical Trainer to prepare training materials, deliver classroom sessions for about 25 participants, and ensure training objectives are met.

Qualifications

Profile

• Have valid Indonesia ID ( KTP )
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English
• Training of Trainers (ToT): Having Completion of an accredited ToT course recognized by the Indonesian Ministry of Manpower (Kemenaker) or ESDM is an advantage.
• Minimum 2 years technical training experience.
• Ability to develop and assess competency.
• Strong presentation and instructional design skills, experience developing training materials.
• Experience delivering classroom and practical training, strong troubleshooting capability.
