Job summary

SPIE Global Services Energy is seeking a Trainer N2 to prepare comprehensive training materials and deliver in-classroom sessions for groups of about 25 participants. The role is a fixed-term, full-time position based in Jakarta, Indonesia, with a focus on system training and competency development.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of 2 years of technical training experience, strong presentation and instructional design skills, and fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

Qualifications

• Prepare training materials including syllabus and assessment.
• Deliver in-class training to groups of ~25 participants.
• Ensure training delivery meets the stated objectives.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English for training delivery.
