Job summary

Koltiva is seeking a Total Rewards Officer in Jakarta to prepare salary and incentive data with high accuracy for our employees.

You will manage payroll data, social insurance administration, payslips on payment dates, and assist in PPh 21 calculations and payroll reporting.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree in HR Management or Psychology, 2–3 years of related experience, payroll software and HRIS proficiency, and knowledge of labor laws and tax regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR Management or Psychology.
• 2–3 years of working experience in related position.
• Proficiency in payroll software and HRIS systems.
• Knowledge of labor laws and tax regulations.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare all supported data for employee salary.
• Prepare data and administration for social insurance and Insurance.
• Create payslip and make sure all employees receive payslip in the payment date.
• Assist in PPh 21 calculation.
• Prepare and submit payroll reports.
