Job summary

Pt Kirana Daya Megatama is seeking an experienced Payroll Administrator to join our HR and Finance teams in Depok on a hybrid basis. You will manage end-to-end payroll processing for all employees, maintain payroll records, and ensure timely, accurate pay while complying with Indonesian labor laws and tax regulations.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of payroll experience, strong knowledge of Indonesian payroll rules, proficiency with payroll software such as Gadjian or Talenta and

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, HR, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years payroll processing experience.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian payroll laws and tax regulations.
• Proficiency with payroll software and Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to maintain confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Process bi-weekly or monthly payroll accurately and efficiently for all employees, ensuring correct deductions and net pay calculations.
• Maintain employee payroll records, including new hires, terminations, pay rate changes, and other relevant information.
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws, tax regulations, and company policies related to payroll.
• Prepare and submit payroll tax filings and other required reports to government agencies.
• Reconcile payroll reports and resolve discrepancies or issues that arise.
• Administer employee benefits programs as they relate to payroll, such as health insurance and retirement contributions.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll, deductions, and benefits in a timely and professional manner.
• Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure seamless payroll operations.
• Stay updated on changes in payroll regulations and best practices.
