Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 2–3 years of hands-on payroll processing experience.
• Experience with multi-client payroll bureaus or HR outsourcing preferred.
• Proficiency in payroll software (Talenta, Gadjian, SunFish) and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle payroll processing for assigned client accounts.
• Collect and validate timesheets, overtime, bonuses, and reimbursements.
• Calculate gross-to-net salaries and statutory deductions.
• Generate digital payslips and coordinate salary disbursements.
• Maintain confidential payroll records.
• Serve as payroll contact for client HR and finance teams.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and tax regulations.
• Prepare statutory reports and payroll documentation.
• Investigate and resolve payroll inquiries.
