PT Pinnacle Foods Indonesia is seeking a dynamic Sales Representative (GT) to drive growth in Batam. You will cultivate customer relationships, present our food products, and report on sales performance.

The role requires strong communication, product knowledge, and a willingness to travel within the territory. The successful candidate will work full-time in Batam Kota, Riau Islands, collaborating with marketing to implement campaigns and promotional activities.

Qualifications

Proven track record in sales, preferably in food & beverage.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to negotiate.
Self-motivated and results-driven with target focus.
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
Product knowledge and understanding of food products.

Responsibilities

Identify and acquire new customers within the territory to grow base and market share.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to customers.
Build and maintain long-term relationships for repeat business.
Meet and exceed sales targets on various timeframes (monthly/quarterly/annually).
Prepare sales reports, orders, and customer feedback for management.
