PT Ouji Seiyaku Indonesia (Jakarta) is seeking a results-driven Territory Sales Manager to lead GT and MT channels in assigned areas across Indonesia. You will drive distributor performance, expand market presence, and ensure robust outlet coverage with strong in-store visibility.

The role requires a bachelor's degree, 2–4 years FMCG sales experience, and excellent English communication. You will build networks with local distributors and lead a team to achieve ambitious targets.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• 2–4 years of territory FMCG sales experience (Territory/Area Sales Manager).
• Experience managing GT and MT channels.
• Strong distributor management, RTM, merchandising, and trade promotion knowledge.
• Excellent negotiation, analytical, and leadership skills.
• Strong English communication skills (spoken and written).
• Willing to be based in the assigned area.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve area targets across GT and MT channels.
• Manage distributor performance for distribution, market expansion, and outlet coverage.
• Build and maintain relationships with key distributors and MT accounts.
• Analyze sales performance, market trends, and growth opportunities.
• Plan and execute trade promotions to maximize sales and ROI.
• Ensure product availability, merchandising excellence, and in-store visibility.
• Lead, coach, and develop Sales Supervisors, Merchandisers, and SPGs.
• Monitor KPIs: sell-in, sell-out, distribution, active outlets, and stock availability.
