Qualifications

• Minimum education of SMA/SMK, preferably with a Bachelor's degree in marketing or economics.
• At least 2 years of experience as a sales representative in the FMCG industry.
• Knowledge of Batulicin (Kab. Tanah Bumbu) area and local distribution networks.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Owns a personal vehicle and has a valid driving license.
• Proficient in sales applications and digital reporting tools.
• Target-oriented and able to work independently as well as in a team.

Responsibilities

• Execute sales of Garudafood products in Batulicin (Kab. Tanah Bumbu) area according to established targets.
• Manage and expand the distribution network and outlets within the assigned area.
• Conduct regular customer visits and canvassing in the territory.
• Identify market opportunities and competitor activities in Batulicin area.
• Report sales results, market conditions, and customer requests periodically to supervisor.
• Assist in implementing promotional programs and marketing activation at outlets.
• Maintain good relationships with customers, outlets, and local distributors.
