Job summary

PT Dwi Cermat Indonesia is seeking a District Sales Manager for the Paylater program in Palangkaraya. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, executing daily merchant visits, and ensuring program success across the district.

You will lead a team including four Sales Promoter Leaders and about 80 promoters, coordinating with partner teams to resolve field issues and monitor promoter activities. Training responsibilities are included.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in any field
• At least 2 years of working experience in the related field
• Preferably staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Sales - Financial Services or equivalent
• Familiar with MS Office and Excel

Responsibilities

• Responsible for sales targets in the area
• Daily visits to merchants
• Ensure the Paylater program runs well and targets are met
• Coordinate with partner operational teams to obtain information regarding sales, competitors and field issues
• Handle around 4 Sales Promoter Leaders with around 80 Sales promoters
• Monitor daily activities of Promoters
• Conduct field team training and refreshment training for promoters
• Monitoring data 1st billing by promoter and by merchant
