Indodana in Pangkalpinang, Indonesia, is seeking a sales-focused professional to lead area targets and merchant visits. You will ensure program execution aligns with sales goals and promotions are effectively placed in stores.

You will coordinate with partner teams, supervise about 4 Sales Promoter Leaders and ~80 promoters, and monitor promoter activities while conducting regular field training to support revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Diploma degree in any field.
• At least 2 years of working experience in the related field.
• Prefer staff (non-management) specialized in Sales - Financial Services or equivalent.
• Familiar with MS Office and Excel.

Qualifications

• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Sales - Financial Services (Insurance, Unit Trust, etc) or equivalent
• Familiar with MS Office and Excel
