Responsibilities

• Daily visits to merchants.
• Achieve sales targets in the assigned area (Pematang Siantar).
• Coordinate with partner operation teams for sales info and field issues.
• Manage Sales Promoter Leaders, Promoters, and Merchant Relations.
• Monitor daily promoter and merchant activities.
• Conduct field team training and refreshment trainings for promoters.
• Monitor first billing data by promoters and merchants.
