Cermati is seeking an Area Sales Manager - Paylater for Jakarta Utara, Bekasi, and Karawang to drive sales growth in the fintech space. You will lead the regional team, analyze market trends, and develop strategies to meet targets.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree, at least 2 years of leadership experience, strong communication and marketing skills, and proficiency in MS Office. This is a full-time, on-site role.

Mansioni

• Conduct market trend analysis, monitor competitor activities, and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Develop strategic plans to achieve sales targets.
• Provide support, mentoring, and motivation to ensure the team reaches peak sales performance.
• Create regular reports for the Sales team.
• Analyze opportunities for expanding sales coverage areas.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants.
• Set individual targets for each team under the Regional Sales Manager (RSM).
• Achieve company-defined sales targets and ensure consistent sales growth in alignment with the national growth plan.
• Perform random check coverage area visits (field checks).
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of DSMs, SPLs, MROs, and Promoters.
