SmartRecruiters, Inc. is seeking a District Sales Manager - Paylater for the Medan area. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, daily merchant visits, and ensuring Paylater programs run smoothly within the assigned district.

The candidate should have a Diploma in any field and at least 2 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in financial services or related sectors, with strong MS Office and Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma degree in any field is required.
• At least 2 years of working experience in related field.
• Familiar with MS Office and Excel.

Responsabilités

• Daily visits to merchants.
• Ensure the program runs well in the area and sales targets are met.
• Coordinate with partner operations teams for information on sales, competitors and field issues.
• Supervise around 4 Sales Promoter Leaders with about 80 promoters, monitor their daily activities.
• Conduct field team training and refreshment training for promoters.
• Monitor first billing data by promoters and merchants.
