Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in business, marketing, engineering or related field.
• Proven ability to work with distributors and retailers in field sales.
• Strong communication, negotiation and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage distributors as partners, align on targets and coverage.
• Visit building material stores and outlets to develop Mortar Utama products.
• Promote products, run promotions, and support CRM-driven activity.
• Expand product categories and drive repeat purchases.
• Prepare accurate reports and market feedback weekly.
