Job summary

Saint-Gobain Indonesia (BFS - PT Cipta Mortar Utama) seeks a field sales professional to develop retail distribution and expand outlet coverage in Subang and Purwakarta, growing sell-out for Mortar Utama and Fosroc brands.

You will visit building-material stores, recruit new outlets where needed, manage distributors, and execute local market activation. Proficiency with CRM and MS Office, plus willingness to travel and work in remote areas, is required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor degree required.
• 1–2 years of field sales/retail distribution experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel extensively and work in remote territories.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency with CRM and MS Office for planning and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage local distribution channel across building material stores.
• Ensure product availability, outlet coverage, visibility, and sell-out.
• Develop outlet coverage and activation with or without distributors.
• Plan and execute agile local market activation with Marketing.
• Conduct frequent customer visits and support product promotions.
