Job summary

PT Laticrete Indonesia Abadi is seeking an experienced Project Sales Supervisor to strengthen the Project Sales team in the mortar and construction chemicals industry. This role focuses on developing project business, achieving sales targets, and leading a team to build strategic relationships with developers, main contractors, consultants, distributors, and project stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in Project Sales in building materials, mortar, or construction chemicals.
• Experience handling projects with developers, contractors, consultants, or distributors.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, communication, and business development skills.

Responsibilities

• Achieve project sales targets across commercial, infrastructure, residential, and other segments.
• Lead and monitor performance of Project Sales Executives and Area Sales Executives.
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with developers, contractors, consultants and distributors.
• Identify and develop project pipeline and new business opportunities.
• Oversee the sales process from project identification to closing and negotiating terms.
• Coordinate with Technical team for product presentations and solutions.
• Ensure product inclusion in specs through engagement with consultants and architects.
• Analyze market, competitors, pricing, and project developments to support strategy.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market updates for management.
