Job summary

PT Fuji Building Material Trading in Indonesia seeks an experienced Sales Project & Retail professional to lead sales efforts, expand market presence, and drive high-value projects in construction materials and piping systems. You will leverage a wide network with government agencies and shops in Jabodetabek, build proposals, visit clients, and collaborate with internal teams.

Strong English and a proactive, analytic mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school education required.
• At least 2 years of Project Sales experience servicing developers, contractors and consultants.
• At least 2 years of Retail Sales experience in Jabodetabek or surrounding areas.
• Extensive network in government agencies, BUMN or private sector.
• Proven ability to make offers, present proposals and convince clients.
• Must be target-driven, analytical, and capable of negotiation.
• Strong interpersonal, proactive and innovative mindset.
• Good English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Achieve predetermined sales targets.
• Identify potential sources for new projects.
• Visit government, BUMN and private agencies to gather project information.
• Conduct intensive client visits to drive project outcomes.
