Job summary

RGF HR Agent Indonesia presents an opportunity for a Sales Business Development Supervisor in Bogor within the building materials sector. You will develop new customers, manage relationships, and identify projects in the building materials space.

The role emphasizes understanding client needs, proposing suitable materials, negotiating prices and contracts, preparing quotations, and following projects from inquiry to order.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• 3+ years of experience in Corporate Sales / Business Development in the building materials industry.
• Experience in sales of building materials.
• Experience in developing new customers and projects.
• Experience in managing existing customers and pricing.
• Experience in preparing quotations, conducting business negotiations, and analyzing lost orders.
• Experience in collecting market and competitor information.

Responsibilities

• Develop new customers and identify new building materials projects
• Manage and maintain relationships with existing customers
• Understand customer needs and propose suitable building materials
• Conduct price and contract negotiations with customers
• Prepare quotations and conduct business negotiations
• Follow up on projects from initial inquiry to order closing
• Analyze lost orders and identify areas for improvement
• Collect market, competitor, and pricing information
• Support sales strategy and business development activities
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth product delivery and project execution
• Possibility of taking on team management responsibilities in the future
• Other duties as assigned.
