AkzoNobel Indonesia is seeking a frontline sales representative to execute agreed sales and profitability targets within the assigned territory. You will develop new business and expand with existing customers by managing distributors and monitoring promotions.

You will gather market insights, report to Retail Sales Manager, coordinate stakeholder meetings, and deploy the sales force to support key accounts while maintaining strong relationships with distributors and ensuring strong execution of

Formación

• Diploma degree in any discipline.
• 2 years in sales in the retail sector; experience in building materials is a plus.
• Bachelor degree in any discipline.

Responsabilidades

• Sell Out and Offtake Activities: Gather market insights and competitor activities.
• Report insights to Retail Sales Manager for program modification.
• Monitor and evaluate the execution of promotion programs.
• Coordinate stakeholder meetings.
• Deploy sales force for support.
• Maintaining Contact with Distributors: Communicate targets and expectations to distributors.
• Review sales performance and take necessary actions.
• Report distributor achievements and recommend actions.
• Distributor management: analyze sales performance and provide actions for distributors.
• Territory understanding and key account management: analyze data for insights and support trade promotions.
