• Provide training input and coaching for DSRs to improve territory management and distributor performance.
• Identify productivity enhancements and ensure effective utilization of assets.
• Support customer retention and acquisition through partnerships and responsive service.
• Gather data on territory, analyze insights, and support trade promotions.
