The role emphasizes distributor management, territory understanding, and collaboration with the Retail Sales Manager to optimize programs and drive growth in the Indonesian market.

Formación

• Diploma degree from any discipline.
• 2 years in sales work experience (retail) in building materials preferred.
• Strong execution capability and independent work style.

Responsabilidades

• Execute and monitor sales to meet targets and KPIs.
• Maintain distributor relationships and communicate targets.
• Analyze territory data for insights and trade promotions.
• Coordinate with sales team and retailers to deploy promotions.
• Provide market feedback to improve programs.
