SUMMARECON MALL MAKASSAR is seeking an Officer - Human Resource at entry level to join the HR team in Makassar. The role focuses on handling HR administration, supporting recruitment, and ensuring smooth employee services.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; experience in HR, recruitment, or HR admin is an advantage.
• Good understanding of HR administration, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR policies.
• Able to manage employee administration, recruitment processes, employee data, and support HR programs and activities.

Responsabilités

• Perform HR administration, including employee data, attendance, leave, and other admin requirements.
• Support recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
• Coordinate with employees and departments to fulfill administrative needs.
• Support HR programs like employee engagement, training, and performance management.
• Prepare HR reports and ensure data and documents are complete, accurate, and maintained per procedures.
