Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma required; preferably in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or related field.
• 1+ year experience as receptionist, customer service, or in hospitality.
• Strong English written and spoken skills; additional language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage all incoming and outgoing calls professionally.
• Greet and assist building visitors, tenants, and guests at reception.
• Attend to walk-in visitors promptly and in line with company standards.
• Handle tenant complaints promptly and escalate when needed.
• Manage correspondence and packages; log and distribute accurately.
• Provide information about building facilities and services.
