Job summary

Sinar Mas Land Indonesia is seeking a Customer Relations professional to build and maintain strong relationships with tenants and counter owners at ITC Mangga Dua, Central Jakarta. You will handle tenant needs and complaints, oversee handover activities for new and expired tenants, and design promotional media to support ITC development, including kiosk control.

The role requires a minimum of a Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of experience in retail or shopping center customer relations,

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in any major.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as Customer Relations in retail or shopping center.
• Ability to create promotional content for tenants on multiple social media platforms.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with customers/tenants.
• Carry out service activities for tenants' needs and complaints to ensure operations.
• Carry out handover activities / BAST for new tenants and those with expired tenancy.
• Responsible for kiosk control.
• Design promotional media with creative ideas for ITC development.
