Job summary

PT Jakarta Land, headquartered in Jakarta, seeks a Building Supervisor to oversee hospitality and tenant relations within its World Trade Centre portfolio. You will be the primary contact for tenants, ensuring prompt responses and courteous service, while coordinating with technical, housekeeping, security, and HSE teams to maintain high standards.

You will also support lease administration, tenant communications, and events, guiding new tenants through their transition and ensuring compliance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Diploma in hospitality or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of hotel industry experience (Room Division).
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Computer literacy is a must.
• Excellent commercial awareness and customer focus.
• Strong initiative, planning, leadership and self-motivation.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

BUILDING SUPERVISOR (Hospitality & Tenant Relations)

Act as the first line of contact for tenants to handle complaints, inquiries, and requests.

Provide prompt and courteous responses to tenant issues.

Follow up with relevant departments to ensure timely resolution and communicate updates to tenants.

2. Service Coordination

Coordinate with technical services, housekeeping, security, hse, and other support teams to respond to tenant requests.

Monitor service timelines and elevate delays or unresolved issues.

Maintain service quality in line with building management standards.

3. Communication

Distribute building notices, announcements, and circulars to tenants.

Assist in organizing and delivering tenant communication campaigns, such as surveys or newsletters.

Maintain open and effective communication channels with tenant representatives.

4. Documentation & Reporting

Log and track all tenant complaints and request using internal systems.

Prepare routine service reports and feedback summaries for management review.

Maintain up-to-date tenant contact lists and records of interactions.

5. Tenant Engagement Activities

Support planning and execution of tenant events, appreciation programs, and engagement initiatives.

Promote tenant participation and build positive tenant relations through regular interaction.

6. Support Lease Administration

Assist leasing and fit-out teams in coordinating tenant move-in/move-out activities.

Ensure tenant fit-out works comply with building procedures and safety requirements.

Provide guidance to new tenants during their transition period.

Requirements:

Bachelor's/Diploma degree in hospitality or related discipline

Minimum 3 years of working experience in the hotel industry (Room Division)

Good command of written and spoken English

Computer literacy is a must
