PT. IDT Trans Agency invites applications for a Receptionist to join our Jakarta team.

You will be the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and partners, delivering a positive and professional experience while supporting general office administration. The ideal candidate holds at least a D3/S1, has excellent English communication and Microsoft Office skills, and can coordinate meetings and manage front-desk tasks with professionalism and reliability.

Qualifications

• Minimum D3/S1 in any field.
• Previous reception/administrative experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional, friendly and well-presented.
• Good command of English (written and spoken) preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel).
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Able to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and business partners professionally.
• Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls and messages.
• Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence and deliveries.
• Maintain reception area; keep it clean, organized and presentable.
• Coordinate visitor arrivals and meeting room arrangements.
• Support general administrative tasks.
• Maintain filing and documentation of reception records.
• Coordinate with internal departments on visitors and meetings.
• Handle other tasks as required by management.
