PT GOFORTH PERKASA SOLUTIONS is seeking a proactive sales professional to identify and pursue new opportunities, visit customers, conduct market research, manage existing accounts, and deliver technical presentations.

Fresh graduates are welcome; 2–3 years in heavy equipment or industrial sales is preferred. Strong communication, MS Office skills, and the ability to lead sales teams are valued, with industry knowledge a plus.

Descripción del empleo

Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through customer visits.

Conduct market research to identify customer needs and competitor activities.

Manage existing customers and explore opportunities to increase revenue by offering a variety of products and services.

Prepare and deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations to clients.

Prepare and manage quotations and delivery order documentation.

Prepare periodic sales reports.

Achieve sales targets assigned by management.

Assist in preparing internal sales meetings, client visit agendas, and technical documentation.

Follow up on outstanding quotations and overdue payments.

Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications and Skills

Education & Experience:

Diploma / Bachelor Degree in Engineering.

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Candidates with 2 - 3 years or more of experience in sales or marketing, preferably in the Heavy Equipment, Construction, or Industrial Sector, will be an advantage.

Skills and Abilities:

Strong customer engagement and relationship-building skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English proficiency preferred).

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Analytical skills to identify trends and sales patterns.

Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Proven ability to lead sales teams and promote a results-oriented culture.

In-depth knowledge of the rigging, marine, oil & gas, shipping, or mining industries is preferred, as is the ability to adapt to evolving market trends.
