Job summary

PT. BANGUN TEKNIKA INDONESIA seeks a Sales Engineer to develop new customer relationships and increase industrial sales from Bekasi.

You will prepare technical and commercial quotations, negotiate prices and terms, forecast sales, and scout new opportunities through market research. Role requires a Diploma/Bachelor in Engineering and at least 3 years in a similar field, with strong technical knowledge of electrical & automation products.

Qualifications

• Educational background in Engineering (D3/S1).
• At least 3 years in Sales Engineer in industrial markets (MRO, Oil & Gas, Geothermal, Petrochemical, Mining, Cement, FMCG, Pharma, Power).
• Familiar with electrical & automation products.
• Strong technical and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication, analytical and negotiation abilities.
• Motivated, target-driven, team-oriented and proactive.

Responsibilities

• Develop and acquire new customers to meet sales targets.

Requirements :

Educational background of D3/S1 in Engineering

At least 3 years working experience in Sales Engineer with related field in industrial market Segment MRO Oil & Gas and Geothermal, Petrochemical and Chemical, Mining, Mineral, Smelter, Cement, FMCG, F&B, Pharmaceutical, Power Plant, etc.

Familiar of various electrical & automation products

Well proven technical and interpersonal skills

Effective communication, strong analytical, and negotiation skills
