Job summary

Humana in Jakarta is seeking a driven sales engineering professional to manage distributor relationships and end customers, proposing automation solutions and leading negotiations through to project closure.

You will coordinate with technical and management teams, conduct site visits, and pursue new opportunities in F&B, pharmaceutical, chemical, fertilizer, and animal feed industries. Strong English and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Engineering background in mechanical, electrical, mechatronics, or related field.
• Experience in automation, robotics, conveyor systems, or industrial equipment.
• Existing network in F&B, pharmaceutical, chemical, fertilizer, and animal feed industries.
• Experience with EPC contractors or other machine makers is a plus.
• Programming skills (PLC, C programming, or automation software) are a plus.
• Excellent communication and technical presentation skills with strong negotiation ability.
• Willing to travel domestically as required.
• Good command of English (spoken and written).
• Cheerful and talkative.
