• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus.
• Experience in sales or customer-facing roles is advantageous.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in Bahasa Indonesia.
• Strong listening and interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport quickly.
• Resilient, goal-oriented and comfortable with targets.

Responsabilidades

• Proactively identify and research potential clients using various tools and databases.
• Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting calls and emails to generate interest.
• Engage prospects to uncover business needs and challenges.
• Communicate the value proposition of products and services clearly.
• Qualify leads and schedule appointments/demos for Account Executives.
• Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions in the CRM.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to refine lead generation strategies.
• Aim to meet monthly targets for qualified leads and meetings.
