Kantorku in Surabaya seeks a motivated Sales Development Representative to join its hybrid sales team. You will generate qualified leads, conduct outreach, and set appointments for Account Executives while learning about ecommerce solutions and enterprise software.

Based in Surabaya or willing to commute, you will engage Indonesian and Southeast Asian markets, work closely with marketing, and develop your career into Account Executive roles within a fast-growing tech firm.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor's preferred.
• Experience in sales or customer-facing roles is advantageous.
• Strong Bahasa Indonesia verbal and written skills.
• Based in Surabaya or able to commute there.

Responsabilités

• Identify and research potential clients across Indonesia and SEA.
• Generate qualified leads via outbound prospecting.
• Schedule discovery calls and product demos for Account Executives.
• Maintain CRM records of all prospect interactions.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to refine outreach.
• Meet monthly targets for leads and meetings booked.
