Are you looking to break into the world of recruitment? Do you have an eye for spotting great talent? Join us as a People Sourcing Intern and get hands-on experience in the early stages of the hiring process!

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive People Sourcing Intern to support our recruitment team in identifying top talent. This role is focused on CV screening, sending assessments, following up with candidates, and scheduling shortlisted candidates for interviews with our People Acquisition team.

Is This You?

• Currently studying with no offline classes or recently graduated in HR, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
• Available for a full time 3–6-month internship.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented & organized – You love keeping things on track.
• Great communicator – You can follow up with candidates professionally and effectively.
• Tech-savvy – Comfortable working with recruitment tools (training provided!).
• Team player – Ready to collaborate in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• CV Screening from variety of Job Portals – Review resumes to identify the best-fit candidates.
• Sending Assessments – Ensure candidates complete their assessments on time.
• Follow-ups & Coordination – Keep candidates engaged and updated.
• Scheduling Interviews – Arrange interviews for shortlisted candidates with our People Acquisition team.
