A recruitment agency in Bali is seeking a self-motivated intern to join as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant. This is a great opportunity to start a career in HR or recruitment while gaining experience with global clients in the luxury hospitality industry. Responsibilities include advertising vacancies, sourcing candidates, conducting screenings, and maintaining the company database. The intern will receive a monthly allowance, commission for successful placements, and can potentially join the team full-time after the internship.

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you'll help us find and connect with talented candidates. You'll start by sourcing profiles, screening applications, and building your professional network while learning how recruitment works behind the scenes.

Key Responsibilities

• Advertise job vacancies across job boards, email campaigns, and social media
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, Facebook, and other platforms
• Research companies, roles, and industry sectors
• Maintain and update the company database
• Collect and verify references
• Communicate with candidates via phone and email
• Support candidate sourcing initiatives
• Assist in screening resumes from our talent database
• Schedule interviews and calls
• Conduct initial phone screenings
• Manage calendars for the hiring team and candidates
• Use recruitment software to track open roles
• Send bulk emails and assist with documentation (e.g., offer letters)
• Coordinate background checks
• Join candidate interviews with clients
• Contribute to a positive candidate experience throughout the process
