PT INSERASENA (POLYGON GROUP) seeks an HR Talent Acquisition Intern to support the Talent Acquisition team in sourcing, CV screening, interview coordination, and recruitment administration.

You will gain exposure to end-to-end recruitment, contribute to talent sourcing and mapping activities, and collaborate with the team to meet hiring needs while developing essential HR skills.

Job description

HR Talent Acquisition Intern will support the Talent Acquisition team in executing recruitment processes effectively and efficiently, including candidate sourcing, CV screening, interview coordination, and recruitment administration. This role provides an opportunity to gain exposure to the end-to-end recruitment process and contribute to talent sourcing and talent mapping activities aligned with the organization's hiring needs.

Key responsibilities

Assist the Talent Acquisition team in the end-to-end recruitment process.

Support job posting activities & conduct candidate sourcing through various platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards, and internal databases

Conduct initial interviews, screen candidate resumes, and shortlist qualified candidates based on job requirements.

Assist in conducting initial candidate communications and follow-ups

Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.

Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers

About you

Final-year student or fresh graduate from Psychology, Human Resource Management, Management, Industrial Engineering, or related majors.

Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition.

Familiarity with interviewing techniques and psychological assessments will be considered a plus

Good communication and interpersonal skills.
