Job summary

SIRCLO is seeking a proactive final-year student or fresh graduate to join our Talent Acquisition team in BSD City, Tangerang. You will support sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews to help build a scalable hiring process.

As a full-time intern, you will develop strong interview skills, master Excel and Office tools, and collaborate with recruiters to place the right talent quickly. Immediate start and 3+ month commitment required.

Qualifications

• Final year student or fresh bachelor graduate.
• Eagerness to learn sourcing and talent scouting.
• Strong interviewing skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Fluent in operating Microsoft Office tools especially Excel.
• Independent learner who is proactive with initiatives to learn and grow.
• Detail-oriented with sharp eye for details and curiosity.
• Willing to work from office at BSD, Tangerang (on-site).
• Available to start immediately.
• Able to commit 3 months or more on a full-time basis.

Job Requirements:

• Final year student or fresh graduate of a Bachelor Degree from any major.
• Someone who are eager to learn about sourcing and talent scouting and match them with the right opportunity.
• Strong interviewing skill.
• Excellent interpersonal skill and able to communicate effectively with a diverse range of people.
• Fluent in operating Microsoft Office tools especially Excel.
• Independent learner who is proactive and have initiatives to learn and grow.
• Have sharp eyes for details, strong curiosity, self-discipline, and a can-do-attitude.
• Willing to work from office at BSD, Tangerang (conditional).
• Available to start working immediately.
