Job summary

POSe.id is offering an internship in IT recruitment to support our growing team. You will source candidates on LinkedIn, job boards and social media, review CVs, shortlist, contact candidates, schedule interviews and conduct initial HR screenings.

You will assist with personal data collection, filing, and keeping recruitment trackers up to date, while gaining exposure to daily HR operations and IT talent hiring in a dynamic services environment.

Qualifications

• Final-year student or fresh graduate in Psychology, HRM, or related field
• Internship candidate in IT recruitment is a strong plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills required
• Proactive in using LinkedIn, job boards, social media to engage candidates
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Responsibilities

• Actively search and find potential candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, and social media.
• Review incoming CVs and shortlist candidates based on hiring requirements.
• Contact candidates, schedule interviews, and conduct initial HR screenings.
• Assist candidates with personal data collection, filing, and keeping recruitment trackers up to date.
• Provide general support for daily HR activities and operational tasks.
