Job summary

ICS Compute is seeking a Talent Acquisition Consultant to source candidates via social networks and niche platforms, advertise roles, review applications, and organize assessment centers and career events. You will prepare hiring plans and work with managers to define position expectations, while tracking recruiting KPIs.

The role emphasizes candidate sourcing, evaluation, interviewing, and building long-term relationships with applicants.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master in HRM or Organizational Psychology.
• Experience as Talent Acquisition Consultant or Recruiter.
• Hands-on sourcing and evaluation of candidates.
• Familiar with job boards, resume databases, and ATS.
• Experience interviewing candidates and organizing assessment centers.
• Knowledge of general labor legislation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Motivated with strong decision-making skills.
• Familiar with competency framework and Behavioral Event Interview Technique.

• Liaise with hiring managers to understand each position’s expectations
• Track key recruiting KPIs, including time to fill and source of hire
• Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates
• Determine current staffing needs

Minimum Qualifications

• Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Consultant, Recruiter or similar role

• Familiarity with job boards, resume databases and Applicant Tracking Systems
• Experience interviewing candidates and organizing skills assessment centers
• Knowledge of general labor legislation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Motovated and Strong decision-making skills
• Familiar with Competency framework, and Behavioral Event Interview Technique.
