Job summary

CTI GROUP is seeking a Talent Acquisition professional in Jakarta to develop and execute recruitment strategies, focusing on IT talent mapping and sourcing across platforms. You will conduct competency-based interviews and facilitate onboarding for new hires.

You will collaborate with hiring managers to align needs, extend offers, and continually optimize sourcing channels while growing your recruiting capabilities in a tech-focused environment.

Qualifications
