Job summary

ICS Compute is seeking a Talent Acquisition Consultant to drive staffing from Jakarta. You will source candidates on social networks and niche platforms, advertise jobs, and review applications to identify high-potential people. You will also organize assessment events and align hiring plans with managers.

You will track KPIs and build long-term relationships with applicants to support ongoing workforce needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master in Human Resources Management or Organizational Psychology.
• Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Consultant, Recruiter or similar role.
• Hands-on experience with candidate sourcing and evaluation.
• Familiarity with job boards, resume databases and Applicant Tracking Systems.

Experience Interviewing Candidates And Organizing Skills Assessment Centers

• Knowledge of general labor legislation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Motovated and Strong decision-making skills
• Familiar with Competency framework, and Behavioral Event Interview Technique.
